Job summary

Rolling Arrays seeks an HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently configure HRIS modules, engage clients, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise. You will gather requirements, configure and test modules, and support data migration while ensuring client success.

You will run end-to-end demos, UAT walkthroughs, deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs and project documentation, while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail to meet SLAs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years HRIS implementation/support/end-user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and self-management skills.
• Certification: Workday Core HCM (required).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with client SMEs.
• Configure and test HRIS modules to meet requirements and migrate data as needed.
• Lead end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client feedback.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials and project docs.
• Resolve post-implementation issues within SLAs and propose minor enhancements.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
