Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting seeks an HRIS consultant to independently configure HRIS modules, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise. You will gather requirements, design configurations, and support data migration while conducting demos and training.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HRIS experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and SAP SuccessFactors certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; support data migration.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs; collect and process feedback.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training; prepare BRDs, training materials, and project docs.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements.

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
