Job summary

Rolling Arrays Consulting PTE. LTD. is seeking an HRIS Consultant to independently configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, gather requirements, and support client engagements from design to post-go-live support.

You will collaborate with clients to run workshops, perform UAT, document BRDs, and deliver training. The role emphasizes attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving in a dynamic consulting environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
