Rolling Arrays is seeking an HRIS professional to independently configure HRIS modules, engage clients, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather business requirements, design system options, and support testing and UAT, while delivering end-user training and comprehensive project documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years HRIS implementation, support or end-user experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and self-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather business requirements with client SMEs and document functional specs.
• Configure modules and perform data migration activities as required.
• Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs with clients.
• Deliver end-user training and prepare BRDs, training materials, and project docs.
• Provide post-go-live support and implement minor enhancements based on feedback.

Role Summary

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
