Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE.LTD. seeks an experienced HRIS Delivery Lead to guide end-to-end implementations, mentor junior consultants, and drive client success. You will lead requirements workshops, design scalable HRIS solutions, and ensure quality across SIT/ UAT cycles.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, problem solving, and learning agility as you manage complex engagements and informally lead small project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience with minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in core HR, talent acquisition, talent management, payroll, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementations and mentor junior team members.
• Perform requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality deliverables.
• Guide Associate and Junior Consultants on projects and best practices.

Role Summary:

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
