Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting in Singapore seeks an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday implementations, guide clients through complex scenarios, and mentor junior team members.

You will design solutions, configure modules, manage client relationships, oversee SIT/UAT, and share best practices to drive successful HRIS outcomes. Strong communication, project leadership, and Workday Core HCM certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HRIS domain in-depth knowledge across modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll).
• 4–7 years HRIS experience with minimum 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong communication, leadership and client management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HRIS delivery as SME, mentor junior consultants and informally lead small project teams.
• Design functional solutions through requirements workshops and configuration of HRIS modules.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as trusted advisor; identify and resolve project risks and concerns.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality sign-offs on deliverables; review junior teammates' configurations.

Leads end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert, manages complex client engagements, and mentors junior team members. May informally lead small project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Client Engagement: Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members' configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing: Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
