Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HRIS Implementation specialist to independently deliver configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements, configure modules, conduct demos and UAT, provide training, and support post-go-live issues with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-6 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; perform data migration as required.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review; process feedback to drive changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training; prepare BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within SLAs and implement minor enhancements.

Description

Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.

• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required.

• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.

• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.

• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.
