Job summary

Rolling Arrays in Singapore seeks an HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently deliver HRIS configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise.

You will gather requirements with client SMEs, design and configure HRIS modules, conduct demos and UAT, provide end-user training, and ensure post-go-live support for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Integration Certification (required).

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
