• Partner with stakeholders to prepare proposals for pilot initiatives.
• Perform analysis to support management in decision making.
• Review purchase requests for compliance with policies.
• Co-ordinate annual budgeting cycle timelines and reviews.
• Identify gaps in workflows and propose rectifications.
• Assist in governance of financial system access rights.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.

• Review department purchase/ unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests and ensure compliance of to the policies and procedures.
• Co‑ordinate timelines and reviews for annual budgeting cycle.
• Review workflows and identify gaps/ potential in processes and propose appropriate rectifications.
• Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems.
• Any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in any course
• Someone who is resilient, curious, adaptable and has a mid‑long term vision on their career trajectory.
• Focus would be on a growth mindset, not fixated on WFH arrangements, ideally with a passion for the healthcare industry as well.
