Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in relevant engineering fields is required.
• Tape and Reel experience in wafer level is preferred.
• Strong analysis and good teamwork abilities needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operational equipment issues and develop recovery strategies.
• Perform equipment buy-off and qualification for installations and modifications.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance and reliability.
