Job summary

NivaBiz is seeking an experienced Wintel Engineer to ensure the daily availability of Windows servers within a large enterprise environment. You will install, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Server OS, manage Active Directory, clustering, backups, and disaster recovery activities.

You will coordinate with vendors, perform root-cause analysis, monitor performance, plan capacity, and maintain security hardening and patching procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have deep Windows Server troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cluster is mandatory.
• Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 operating systems and related backup solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement Windows-based infrastructure per business requirements.
• Maintain security and availability of Windows infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS incidents and perform RCA.
• Manage AD, Group Policy, and user profiles; handle clustering.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and issue resolution.
• Support VMware and Hyper-V environments and backups.
