Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Executive to support end-to-end order processing and provide operational support across Logistics and Warehouse functions in Bendemeer, Singapore.

You will liaise between Order Processing, Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service and Finance to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure timely order fulfilment. Training across order processing, warehouse operations and logistics coordination will be provided.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in order fulfilment.
• Experience coordinating with Logistics, Warehouse and Customer Service.
• Ability to follow SLAs and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prioritise customer orders to ensure a continuous workflow.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Update order status in the Order Management System and resolve routine discrepancies.
