• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the wellness/massage industry and ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff or customers.
