Job summary

HOUSE + PTE. LTD. operates a premium spa and integrated wellness facility. The Operations Manager oversees overall spa operations, service quality, and staff management to ensure profitability and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and proficiency in enforcing SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance within Singapore's hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years' management experience in spa/hacilities, bathhouse, or hospitality settings.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism management, or business administration preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, cost management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa and wellness facility operations to meet revenue and operational targets.
• Supervise Front Office, Bathing Area, Relaxation Lounge, Therapists, Guest Rooms, and Support Services to maintain high service standards.
• Develop, implement and monitor SOPs for all departments to improve customer satisfaction and handle feedback and complaints.
• Lead recruitment, training, staff scheduling, performance management and team development to boost competency and service excellence.
• Manage therapist team including scheduling, service standards, performance evaluation and retention.
• Control maintenance of facilities, equipment, water quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulations including fire safety, workplace safety, environmental hygiene and PDPA.
• Manage manpower, utilities, inventory and operating costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, membership programs and promotions to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
