You will coordinate with wellness coaches and technicians, handle inquiries via phone/WhatsApp, maintain a welcoming reception, and assist with events and administrative tasks.

• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or front desk is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Warm, polished, professional demeanor.
• Passion for health, wellness, longevity or client care is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs.
• Provide clear guidance on services, schedules, and facilities.
• Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians.
• Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area.
• Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through the booking platform.
• Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks.
