Job summary

SL Aesthetic Clinic Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a friendly and proactive receptionist to warmly welcome clients, manage appointment bookings and room reservations, and handle cashiering with accuracy.

The role also involves answering calls and keeping the reception area tidy while performing other administrative duties as required. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be willing to work retail hours, and be available to work on weekends and public

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and attending to customers with a positive and friendly attitude when they arrive for their scheduled appointments
• Managing the appointment booking and room reservations, cashiering and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
• Answering phone calls and maintaining tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which the Company may assign from time to time
