Beauty 100 Wellness is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist at our Serangoon outlet in Singapore. You will be the welcoming face, greet clients, manage bookings, handle calls and messages, and support the team with admin duties.

You will maintain a neat front desk and help coordinate client flow between consultants and therapists. The role requires a warm, professional communication style in English, and the ability to multitask during peak hours.

Qualificações

• Experience as a receptionist or similar customer-facing role.
• Fluent in English with professional communication style.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic appointment systems.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail during peak hours.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome clients warmly with a bright smile and professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and daily schedules.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, emails, and client queries.
• Support team with data entry, forms, and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lounge area.
• Coordinate client flow and handover between consultants and therapists.
• Assist in daily sales closing reports and basic payment handling.
