Formación

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in customer service, wellness or lifestyle services is advantageous.
• Interest in yoga or healthy lifestyle activities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide guidance on wellness programmes, classes, packages and services.
• Coordinate yoga and wellness activities and sessions.
• Handle inquiries, bookings and feedback in a timely manner.
• Support retention initiatives and promotional events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting.
