Jin Zhu Yuan Wellness Centre in Singapore is seeking a Wellness Manager to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and service delivery.

The role requires enforcing standards, handling inquiries, managing accounts and inventory, and supporting business promotion while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a small team, coordinate shifts, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a busy wellness centre environment.

Formación

• Experience in wellness centre management preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Willing to work flexible/rotating shifts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in wellness centre / reflexology centre / service industry management is preferred
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and friendly disposition
• Capable of leading a team and willing to work flexible / rotating shifts
• Legally eligible to work in Singapore
• Strong service orientation and positive work attitude
