Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd seeks a Customer Service Manager to support customer engagement, service delivery, and day-to-day operations in a wellness and lifestyle environment. You will build relationships, coordinate wellness programmes, and ensure a professional, welcoming experience while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

You'll lead a team to coordinate bookings, programmes and events, monitor feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve services.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service, wellness, fitness, hospitality, lifestyle services, retail or related environment advantageous.
• Interest in yoga, wellness, fitness or healthy lifestyle activities preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to build positive relationships and understand wellness needs.
• Provide guidance on wellness programmes, classes, and services.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, feedback, and service concerns promptly.
• Coordinate yoga, wellness, and lifestyle programmes and activities.
• Support retention through engagement and programme promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and schedules.
