Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent staff engagement coordinator to help plan and implement employee wellbeing programmes and staff engagement activities. You will develop concepts, manage budgets, timelines and end-to-end event delivery.

The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors, creating communications and supporting facilities and wellbeing initiatives in a 1-year contract at our Jurong office.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Business/Human Resources or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, promotion and implementation of employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes and initiatives.
• Develop proposals and concepts for internal events and engagement activities, including programme objectives, proposed activities, budget requirements, timelines, and implementation plans.
• Manage assigned internal events and engagement initiatives from end to end, including pre-event planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor liaison, logistics, communications and promotional materials, on-site execution and post-event follow-up/evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of employee engagement and wellbeing activities.
• Create and coordinate promotional and communication materials for staff programmes, events and initiatives.
• Support the administration and delivery of staff wellbeing initiatives, including coordination, registration, vendor arrangements, procurement/payment processes, record keeping and programme communications.
• Support the management and enhancement of staff facilities and recreational amenities, including the Staff Lounge, Staff Gym and other wellbeing/recreational facilities.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for Employee Engagement, staff wellness and process/work improvement projects and/or other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
