Job summary

Blockaid, an on-chain security platform trusted by leading Web3 companies, is hiring an Account Executive based in Singapore. You will own the full sales cycle for Blockaid's on-chain security solutions, from prospecting through closing, renewals, and upsells, engaging enterprise prospects to prevent fraud, hacks, and financial threats in Web3.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-bearing enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to source, develop, negotiate and close large enterprise deals.
• Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain and Web3 ecosystems.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or value-based selling frameworks.
• Proficient with CRM systems and modern sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the full sales process from prospecting to closing, renewals, and upsells.
• Articulate how Blockaid fits each prospect and drives business value.
• Develop long-term relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
• Drive tech adoption and develop strategies that deliver measurable outcomes for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Partners to achieve outcomes.
• Provide prospect feedback to product/engineering to shape development.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM reporting.
• Analyze and optimize sales campaigns and processes for improvement.
• Represent Blockaid with professionalism and urgency and ensure customer satisfaction.
