Job summary

DCS DeCard is seeking a driven BD & Partnership Director to expand our Web3 partnerships and drive revenue growth across APAC. You will manage the full sales cycle, negotiate deals, and build strategic alliances with Web3 companies including exchanges, wallets, DEXs and GameFi projects.

The role requires strong client networks in the Web3 space, exceptional communication, and a track record of delivering revenue targets in fast-moving fintech environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development and deal conversion within finance, fintech, or Web3/crypto industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Marketing, or Service Marketing.
