Job summary

DeCard is seeking an experienced Account Director / Relationship Director to lead strategic partnerships and commercial growth for our Web3 payment platform. You will manage high-value regional and global partners across CAAS, Web3 Card Issuing, and Scan Payment product lines.

Bring 5–10 years in B2B account management and a strong track record in payments, fintech, and crypto ecosystems. You will drive revenue targets and partner-driven expansion on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in B2B account management or related roles.
• Strong experience in payments, card issuing, fintech, digital assets, or Web3.
• Familiarity with Web3 business models and crypto industry.
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and owning revenue targets.
• Experience with API-driven platforms or technical products is a plus.
• Strong commercial and strategic planning capabilities.
• Direct experience with crypto exchanges, wallets, payment gateways, or on/off-ramp platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2B clients across fintech, Web3, exchanges, and wallets.
• Build consultative relationships with founders, product, compliance, and ops.
• Advise on launching and scaling card issuing, payments, and fiat/crypto interoperability.
• Drive revenue growth by deepening relationships and expanding card programs.
• Grow issuance volume, spend, and multi-product adoption.
• Own revenue targets across renewals, upsell, cross-sell and growth.
• Monitor issuance funnel and collaborate with Product, Risk, Ops, and Compliance.
• Develop playbooks and growth strategies to scale client card user bases.
