Job summary

HMLY PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs. You will handle daily warehouse operations and support the logistics team in fulfilling orders.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum CGE 'O' level, preferably a class 3 driving license, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum CGE 'O' level / Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Preferably possess class 3 driving license.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Warehouse inbound/outbound stocks inventory and maintains database accuracy
• Ensure accurate receipt of items in accordance with established SOPs and protocol
• Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operation effectively
• Support orders fulfilment, picking, packing, issuing of goods for deliveries to logistic team
• Submit daily inventory report to update the inventory status to sales team/ production team/ procurement team
• Conduct monthly stock-take exercise and perform daily inventory data entry in system
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment
• Stuffing, Unstuffing, Restacking, labeling of products as needed
• Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns
• Resolve inventory or warehouse operation issues and discrepancies promptly
• Performs other related or ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum CGE “O” level / Nitec / Diploma in any relevant discipline
• Preferably to possess class 3 driving license
• At least 5 years relevant work experience
• Good working knowledge of MS Office application – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Experience in using WMS system
• Able to work independent, responsible as a team player
• Possess good communication skills both written and verbal
