Job summary

Teknor Apex Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse administrator to manage documentation, inventory control and cross-functional communication. You will coordinate with 3PL partners, prepare shipping documents, and support various warehouse admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You will maintain ERP records, assist in stock checks and participate in stock takes, while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and process improvements. This role is on-site at the Singapore facility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of incoming deliveries, outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and stock movement in ERP system.
• Coordinate with 3PL forwarder to ensure timely delivery and resolve document discrepancies.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (hauler invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, fumigation, raw material labels).
• Assist Product Engineer with couriering FG/RM or molding plaque to customers or labs for evaluation/testing.
• Receive and acknowledge MRO items and spare parts for departments.
• Follow up on Supplier Complaint Analysis Reports (SCAR) with Procurement when necessary.
• Participate in regular stock checks and daily cycle counts; support mid-year and year-end stock takes.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure proper documents for shipments and orders; maintain clear information flow with Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service, Production, and Laboratory.
• Follow up with 3PL on container movement to prevent yard congestion.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized warehouse admin area; provide backup support for other admin tasks; comply with safety procedures.

Job description

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• a) Maintain accurate and proper records of incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments, inventory levels, and stock movement in ERP system.
• b) Coordinate with the forwarder (3PL) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any documents discrepancies.
• c) Assist in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including hauler's invoice, delivery order (DO), packing list, fumigation, and incoming raw material labels.
• d) Assist Product Engineer courier FG / RM or molding plaque to customer or corporate for evaluation and Lab testing respectively.
• e) Assist to receive and acknowledge of MRO items, spare parts for respective departments.
• f) Handling and following up Supplier Complaint Analysis Report (SCAR) with Procurement person in charge when necessary.

2. Inventory Management:

• a) Assist in inventory management task, such as conducting regular stock check and assisting with periodic daily cycle-count.
• b) Participate in Mid-year & Year-End-Stock Take.

3. Communication:

• a) Collaborate with warehouse operation team to ensure proper documents are completed for all shipments and orders.
• b) Communicate effectively with Logistic, Procurement, Customer Service, Production and Laboratory to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• c) Follow up closely with 3PL on containers (Laden and Empty) movement to prevent container parking yard congested.

4. Other Specific Requirement:

• a) Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of administrative workflows.
• b) Maintaining a clean and organized administrative workplace within warehouse premises.
• c) Provide backup support for other warehouse administrative tasks as needed.
• d) Comply with the safety procedures.
