• Update job status information from operations to all staff.

• Operate reach-truck and forklift as required.
• Maintain storage area and organize floor space per design principles.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile variances.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the work environment and educate staff on controls and equipment.
• Lead and motivate staff to meet company, supplier and customer objectives.
• Manage stock control including daily to weekly checks and cycle counts.
• Oversee man-management and efficiency of warehousing operations.

Strong ability to lead, plan and execute job expectation including packing production planning, monitoring, adhering to policies and procedures.

Updating of relevant information including job status update from respective operation(s) to all operative & administrative staffs

Implementing production, productivity, quality reviews with all operating staffs in a regular basis, which includes resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements & others function.

Able to operate reach-truck and forklift.

Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements

Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data

Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources

Maintains working relationship able to resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.

Maintains professional and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

To enforce compliance to the warehouse procedures and safety

Manage stock control: daily to weekly, cycle counting, full physical counts.

To lead and motivate staff to achieve company's, supplier's and customer's objectives

Responsible for the man-management and efficiency of warehousing operations
