Job summary

YCH GLOBAL LOGISTICS PTE LTD is hiring a warehouse associate to support day-to-day operations, including pick & pack, receiving and shipping to meet customer requirements. You will maintain inventory accuracy, perform barcode scanning, operate forklift and other warehouse equipment, and ensure clean, safe storage conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in logistics / 3PL / supply chain.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate scanning equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including pick & pack, kitting, receiving and shipping.
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed on time and stock is accurate.
• Perform line tasks such as loading boxes, insertion of accessories, barcode scanning for final shipment.
• Maintain filing and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct inventory counts and verify stock discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, stacker) and maintain equipment.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Job Description

• Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by performing pick & pack, kitting, receiving & shipping operations according to internal and external customer requirements including returns.
• To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To perform any on line tasks (i.e. loading of boxes, accessary insertion, bar-code scanning) required for final shipment of cargo, if any.
• To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
• To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
• Operating of warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck and stacker and ensure the equipment is well maintain at all time.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/ O Level in any field;
• At least 1 year of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position;
• Candidate with minimum computer knowledge and operating scanning equipment;
• Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively;
• Able to multi task and work well in a fast-paces environment;
• Able to commit for overtime when needed.
