Job summary

VIRGO LAMINATES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a warehouse professional to handle receiving, inspection and stock management, and to support order picking, packing and dispatch.

You will maintain a tidy warehouse, coordinate with delivery teams, ensure safety procedures, and assist with stocktaking and audits.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Store laminate sheets, samples and warehouse materials safely and systematically.
• Assist with stock counts ,inventory checks and reconciliation.
• Report damaged, defective or missing goods promptly.
• Maintain accurate stock movement records.
• Pick, prepare and pack goods according to customer orders.
• Verify product codes, colours, quantities and specifications before dispatch.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and containers.
• Protect goods from damage during handling and transportation.
• Prepare and check delivery orders and related documents.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
• Arrange stock for safe storage, easy identification and efficient retrieval.
• Handle laminate sheets carefully to prevent scratches, breakage and other damage.
• Use warehouse equipment only when authorised and trained.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Assist drivers with loading, unloading and delivery checks.
• Support urgent orders and stock transfers as required.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Use safe manual-handling methods, particularly for heavy laminate sheets.
• Report hazards, accidents and equipment defects promptly.
• Assist with warehouse and administration, stocktaking and audits.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by Management.
