Job summary

HELIOS DISTRIBUTION PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Planning specialist in Singapore to oversee order fulfilment, select and pack, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

You will optimize space, manage day-to-day inventory, enforce FIFO, and support shipping activities. The role requires knowledge of WMS and ability to handle up to 20kg, with a forklift license.

Join a 5.5-day work week and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory techniques.
• Capable of manual handling up to 20kg.
• Excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing and on-time delivery.
• Ensure product quality and condition per standards.
• Optimize warehouse space and inventory control processes.
• Support shipment loading/unloading.
• Maintain FIFO and 100% accuracy with traceability.
• Improve process efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Warehouse Planning

• Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise

• Ensure good quality and condition of all products, in compliance with the standards set by the Company

• Optimize warehouse space, plan and organize day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations

• Support shipment loading & unloading activities

• Ensure practice of First-in-First-Out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability

Other Responsibilities

• Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency

• To execute any other duties & responsibilities which the Management / Superior may assign from time to time

Requirements

• Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System and understanding of inventory management techniques

• Is capable of manually handling of up to 20kg load

• Possession of excellent time management

• Must have forklift license can operate forklift
