Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and appraise warehouse personnel.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct counts, reconcile data, and manage stock security.
• Develop and enforce health, safety, and security programs.
• Improve layout, workflows, equipment use, and overall space utilization.
• Prepare performance reports, manage budgets, and track key metrics.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, transport companies, and other departments.
