Job summary

LOVE AND BRAVERY ONLINE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse and fulfilment tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will ensure accurate inventory handling, timely order processing, and smooth coordination between warehouse and retail/e-commerce teams, while staying organized and methodical in all duties.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or e-commerce operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and responsible with good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving cartons.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, sort, and organise incoming stock deliveries.
• Conduct stock replenishment and inventory transfers between warehouse and stores.
• Perform stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure all products are tagged, packed, and stored properly.
• Coordinate with retail and customer service teams on order fulfilment matters.
• Assist with returns processing and quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Support ad hoc warehouse and operational duties when required
