Job summary

Love and Bravery Online Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to support daily warehouse and fulfilment tasks in Singapore. You will ensure accurate inventory handling, timely order processing, and seamless coordination between warehouse and retail/e-commerce teams.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, independent yet collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Basic familiarity with warehouse systems is a plus, and prior retail or e-commerce experience is welcome but

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Perform stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Ensure all products are tagged, packed, and stored properly.
• Coordinate with retail and customer service teams on order fulfilment matters.
• Assist with returns processing and quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.
• Support ad hoc warehouse and operational duties when required.

About the role
