We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse Executive to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound activities, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting logistics and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers and logistics teams for timely distribution
  • Prepare warehouse reports and update inventory systems
  • Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with workplace safety standards
  • Assist with manpower planning and task assignment for warehouse staff
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Secondary education; Diploma in Logistics or related field is an advantage
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
  • Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
Additional Advantage (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience in small truck distribution or delivery coordination
  • Forklift licence
  • Prior experience in supervising warehouse staff
