Job summary

Grey & Sanders is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Executive to manage warehouse and inventory activities. You will oversee receipt, storage, and distribution to ensure accurate stock movement and collaborate with logistics providers and internal teams.

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field; relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions when required.
• Process and coordinate stock transfers, returns, and other inventory movements.
• Support and continuously improve inventory control procedures, warehouse processes, and operational workflows.
• Manage inventory labelling, location allocation, and warehouse organization to ensure efficient stock retrieval and storage.
• Coordinate and participate in stocktakes and cycle counts, ensuring reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
• Conduct routine quality checks on inventory and identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming items.
• Assist in resolving inventory, warehouse, and delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel, logistics providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Any ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time as assigned by your manager

Grey & Sanders is on the hunt for a proactive and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team! As a Warehouse Operations Executive, you will be an integral part of our operations team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth, accurate and efficient management of our warehouse and inventory operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field; relevant experience will also be considered.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments.
• This role involves lifting, moving, and inspection of furniture and inventory items within the warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable with the physical demands of the role and able to perform these duties safely.

Work Location & Schedule:

5 day work week: Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm

The successful candidate will be based primarily at our 3PL warehouse located at JTC Logistics Hub, and occasionally at our showroom in Outram as well as other operational sites such as delivery venues in order to support business operations.
