Job summary

Grey & Sanders PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Warehouse Operations Executive to manage warehouse and inventory processes at our 3PL hub and showroom locations in Singapore.

You will coordinate receipt, storage, transfers, stocktakes, and quality checks while maintaining accuracy, safety and timely stock movements. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and inventory systems.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring stock levels and investigating discrepancies.
• Process and coordinate stock transfers, returns, and other inventory movements.
• Support and improve inventory control procedures and warehouse processes.
• Manage labeling, location allocation, and warehouse organization for efficient stock retrieval.
• Coordinate stocktakes and cycle counts and reconcile with system records.
• Conduct routine quality checks on inventory and identify damaged items.
• Assist in resolving inventory, warehouse, and delivery-related issues promptly.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel, logistics providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for coordination.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
