Job summary

Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Executive to manage warehousing and distribution in the East Region. You will oversee day-to-day logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment to support manufacturing, transport and logistics objectives.

The role requires 2–5 years in contract logistics, a Diploma or Degree in SCM/Logistics, proficiency with WMS and MS Office, and the ability to lead a team of at least 10 staff. Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in SCM or Logistics.
• 2–5 years in contract logistics, 3PL, or warehouse ops.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and logistics best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Able to lead a team of at least 10 staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: inbound, storage, order fulfilment, outbound.
• Coordinate with clients on order processing and inventory.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time delivery, inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulations.
• Support system implementation and troubleshooting (WMS, TMS).
• Liaise with transport providers for dispatch and delivery.
• Analyze data and prepare reports with insights.
• Participate in continuous improvement to cut costs.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Manage a team of at least 10 personnel.

As aOperation Executiveat Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd', you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities in the East Region. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics activities, from inventory management to order fulfilment, to support the company's strategic goals within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you\'ll be doing

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, includinginbound receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes.

2. Coordinate with clients to manage order processing, inventory levels, and service requirements.

3. Monitor and analyze key KPIs such ason-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rate.

4. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g.,WMS, TMS).

6. Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely dispatch, pick-up, and delivery coordination.

7. Analyze operational data and prepare reports with actionable insights for management.

8. Participate incontinuous improvement initiativesto enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

9. Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff, contractors, or warehouse assistants as required.

10. Manage a team ofat least 10 personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations and performance management.

What we\'re looking for

1. Diploma or Degree inSupply Chain Management,Logistics, or related discipline.

2. 2–5 years of experiencein contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management.

3. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices.

4. Proficient inWarehouse Management Systems (WMS)and MS Office applications.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams and clients.

6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with good attention to detail.

7. Knowledge of safety requirements and regulatory compliance in logistics operations.

8. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of at least10 staff.
