Job summary

Cargomint Network Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and timely delivery while upholding safety and operational standards.

You will manage daily activities, supervise receiving and dispatch, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or operations.
• Knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stocktaking and inventory management.
• Proficient with Excel and warehouse inventory systems.
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
• At least 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory control or operations; relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications;
• Basic knowledge of receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, stocktaking and inventory management;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems;
• Good communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently under pressure;
• Willing to work in a warehouse environment, including occasional overtime, weekends, or shift duties when required.
