Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse) in Singapore to manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of ship spares.

You will work Mon–Fri 9am–6pm at Jln Ampas near Boon Keng MRT, coordinating with vendors and ships, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations and a forklift license; experience in ship spares logistics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift license holder preferred.
• Experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect ship spares, verify quantities and part numbers.
• Store and manage inventory with accurate records in the WMS.
• Pick, pack and dispatch ship spares to vessels, agents or customers.
• Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely delivery and documentation.
• Move cargo using forklift or manual handling equipment following safety rules.
• Update WMS with receiving, storage, and dispatch data in real time.
• Maintain compliance with safety SOPs and WHS guidelines.
