Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse) in Singapore to oversee receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of ship spares. You will maintain inventory accuracy, update the WMS, and ensure timely delivery with drivers and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse operations, forklift licence, and familiarity with ship spares logistics. On-site role based at Jalan Ampas near Boon Keng MRT.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming ship spares and verify quantities, part numbers, and conditions
• Manage storage locations and maintain accurate inventory in the WMS; perform daily/cycle counts
• Prepare items for dispatch, coordinating with drivers and vendors, and attach required documents
• Move cargo using forklift/pallet jack and ensure safe handling of high-value spares
• Update WMS with receiving, storage and dispatch details and maintain audit-ready records
• Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo flow
• Follow company SOPs and safety regulations; report hazards promptly

Job description

Role:

Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse)

• Salary: $2500 - $3000
• Working Days: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm
• Working Location: Jln Ampas (Nearest MRT - Boon Keng)

Job Scope:

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming ship spares from local suppliers, airport cargo terminals, and port facilities.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and conditions against AWB, CIPL, packing lists, and delivery orders.
• Report discrepancies or damages to the Operations Supervisor immediately.
• Ensure proper identification and tagging of all incoming cargo.

Storage & Inventory Management

• Allocate cargo into designated storage locations based on size, sensitivity, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct daily and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Picking, Packing & Dispatch

• Prepare ship spares for delivery to vessels, agents, airports, or customers’ premises.
• Pick and pack items according to picklists and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch.
• Ensure proper documentation is attached, including DOs, packing lists, and customs paperwork where required.

Cargo Handling & Movement

• Use forklift, pallet jack, or manual handling equipment to move cargo safely.
• Support unstuffing/stuffing of containers and loose cargo handling.
• Follow safe-handling procedures for heavy, fragile, or high-value ship spares.

Documentation & System Updates

• Update WMS with receiving, storage, and dispatch information in real time.
• File and maintain documentation for audit and traceability.
• Assist with preparing reports (e.g., daily receiving reports, inventory summary, cargo movement logs).

Coordination & Customer Service

• Liaise with operations, customer service, and transport teams to ensure smooth cargo flow.
• Assist walk-in customers, vessel agents, and vendors collecting or delivering ship spares.
• Provide accurate updates on cargo readiness and location.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Use PPE and follow WHS guidelines at all times.
• Report unsafe practices, near misses, or hazards promptly.

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in warehouse operations
• With experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage
• Possess Forklift licence
