Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse operator to handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of ship spares at our Singapore facility. You will ensure accurate documentation, verify part numbers and quantities, and work closely with operations and transport teams.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of warehouse experience, forklift licensing, and familiarity with ship spares logistics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage.
• Possess forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming ship spares against documents and orders.
• Store and manage inventory in designated locations; perform cycle counts.
• Prepare items for dispatch and coordinate with drivers for timely delivery.
• Update WMS with receiving, storage and dispatch data; maintain accurate records.
• Assist ongoing coordination with operations, customer service and transport teams.
• Follow safety, PPE, and WHS guidelines; report hazards promptly.
