Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Store Operations Coordinator (Warehouse) in Singapore. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of ship spares, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth cargo movement.

Requires 1-2 years in warehouse ops, forklift licence, and preference for ship spares logistics. Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm, at Jln Ampas near Boon Keng MRT.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience in ship spares logistics is an advantage.
• Must possess forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect ship spares against AWB, CIPL, packing lists and DOs.
• Allocate cargo to storage locations and maintain WMS records.
• Conduct daily and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
• Prepare ship spares for dispatch to vessels, agents or customers.
• Coordinate with drivers for timely dispatch and documentation.
• Update warehouse records and reports for audit and traceability.
