Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned warehouse leader to head the team in Singapore, ensuring accurate receiving, kitting and shipment aligned with the production plan.

You will drive productivity while maintaining inventory accuracy and upholding safety and 5S standards. Collaborating with Planning, Production, Quality and Facilities, you will ensure SAP-based and physical stock counts are reconciled, with regular reporting on warehouse performance and periodic stock takes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse staff to drive productivity and operational efficiency.
• Supervise receiving, kitting and shipment activities in line with the production plan issued by Planning.
• Implement and manage inventory controls to minimise discrepancies and optimise stock levels.
• Ensure SAP and physical stock counts are accurately maintained and reconciled.
• Uphold safety and 5S standards and maintain an efficient store layout with the team.
• Coordinate store equipment maintenance with Facilities.
• Liaise with Production, Supply Chain and Quality to support smooth production processes.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and ensure deliveries are documented.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Job description

• Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and ensure all deliveries are properly documented.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
