Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery.

The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining records, and driving safety and quality in all tasks. The position requires hands-on storekeeping experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Hands-on storekeeping experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at different levels.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

• Plan and assign tasks, manage staff schedules and monitor daily operational activities.
• Ensure proper warehouse records, documentation and inventory management.
• Monitor and address operational, safety and quality issues.
• Train and guide team members to ensure compliance with work procedures and quality standards.
• Prepare operational KPIs and reports for management review.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
• Manage logistics administration and documentation.
• Support staff leave administration and other team-related matters.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
