BEECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Senior Value-Added Logistics Operator to lead daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will drive service levels, productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with proven leadership, and familiarity with dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in warehouse/logistics, with team leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily warehouse ops to meet customer timelines.
• Supervise receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead teams to achieve productivity, quality and safety targets.
• Manage manpower, resources, and overtime as required.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in processes and service quality.
• Ensure SOPs, safety regs, 5S, and audits are followed.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and resolve stock discrepancies.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-onSenior Value-Added Logistics Operator to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure that service levels, productivity, quality, safety, and operational excellence targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily warehouse operations to meet customer requirements, service levels, and delivery timelines.
• Supervise and coordinate receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, value-added services, and dispatch activities.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and performance targets.
• Plan manpower deployment, resource allocation, and overtime arrangements according to operational requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and productivity levels to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, customer requirements, data processing standards, safety regulations, 5S practices, and audit requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies and operational issues.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, working with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Support automation solutions, operational projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate operational staff to foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or contract logistics, with proven experience leading and managing operational teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Access and VBA will be an advantage.
• Experience with operational dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of process mapping, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and operational improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
