Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing and order fulfillment, while ensuring safety and SOP adherence. The role requires strong leadership, coordination across teams, and hands-on involvement in process improvements.

You will manage inbound deliveries, coordinate with driver partners, and monitor stock aging and temperature logs to maintain product quality.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate ground staff to ensure efficient and accurate picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including opening, closing, and organizing goods in designated racks, chillers, or freezers.
• Oversee inbound deliveries from suppliers, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and stock organization.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries with driver partners, monitor stock aging, expiries, and temperature logs to maintain product quality and safety.
• Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards across the warehouse.
• Plan, assign, and optimize warehousing activities, providing training to new team members and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records, analyze reports, and identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Foster a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant warehouse operations certification, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring efficient team performance.
• Familiarity with IMS/WMS systems, barcode scanning, and basic reporting tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility and a hands-on approach to completing tasks in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Prior experience in supermarket, e-commerce, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
