Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience.
• Experience leading teams of around 15+ employees.
• Proven inventory control, planning and KPI management experience.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, warehouse automation or operational excellence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, value-added services and dispatch activities.
• Supervise manpower, monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and ensure KPIs, service levels and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, workplace safety, 5S standards and audit requirements while resolving issues.

Location: ALPS Avenue (East)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:25am - 5:45pm), Alternate Sat (8:20am - 12:30pm)

Job Scope

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, value-added services and dispatch activities.
• Supervise manpower, monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and ensure KPIs, service levels and delivery timelines are achieved.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, workplace safety, 5S standards and audit requirements while resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely issue resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations within a logistics or contract logistics environment.
• Experience leading and managing operational teams of approximately 15 or more employees.
• Proven experience in inventory control, operational planning, and warehouse performance management.
• Exposure to continuous improvement, warehouse automation, and operational excellence initiatives would be advantageous.
