Job summary

U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Team Lead Operations to oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, from inbound to outbound fulfilment. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency and quality, while addressing issues promptly and maintaining organized, well-supplied processes.

The role requires leading process improvements, developing customer relationships, training the team, and producing regular reports on performance metrics daily, weekly and monthly.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations from inbound to outbound fulfilment.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency and quality of inbound & outbound processes.
• Address operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-supplied warehouse operations.
• Lead process and KPI improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Educate operations team on best practices, policies and service standards.
• Produce regular operation reports and statistics (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Oversee staff training and development planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Management of employees including training and development planning.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
