AMICI EVENTS & CATERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse activities and ensure accurate inventory processes. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and stock movements while maintaining organized records and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations preferred.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Detail-oriented and able to investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift licence will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, checking, storage, picking and issuance of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock counts.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO / FEFO where applicable.
• Monitor inventory levels and highlight replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries and collections.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and storage standards.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement and warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Finance and other departments.
• Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Carry out other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
