Job summary

HUB Distributors Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to lead warehousing, transportation, inventory management and distribution operations. You will optimize processes, manage carrier relationships and generate performance reports.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in logistics or supply chain, with 4–5 years FMCG logistics experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with WMS/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, SCM or related field.
• 4–5 years FMCG logistics experience.
• Certifications in logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehousing operations including receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate transportation management including route planning, scheduling and carrier management.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels with accurate reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and manage relationships with carriers.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on operations performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehousing Operations: Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
2. Transportation Management: Coordinate and manage transportation operations, including route planning, scheduling, and carrier management.
3. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
4. Distribution and Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers, managing relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on operations performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: More than 4-5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on FMCG logistics.
3. Skills:
   • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
   • Proficient in logistics software and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS).
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are an advantage.
